The challenge
- 100 days, at your own pace
- Complete every goal for the day to earn one successful day. Reach 100 to graduate. The days do not have to be consecutive.
- Three lives to begin
- Start with three lives. Each day you leave a daily goal unfinished, you lose one life.
- The challenge ends. Your record stays.
- When your lives reach zero, that challenge ends. Your accumulated successful days and workout records remain.
A moment to rest.
Then the next set.
Two sets of five squats. Check today's goal, start your workout, and prepare for the next set when you finish the first.
See your remaining rest time and next goal together. Move on when the timer ends, or start the next set right away if you're ready.
Four exercises. A way to track each.
Squats and pull-ups use phone movement to recognize reps. Push-ups use the front camera. For hangs, start a timer and stop it yourself to record your time.
See the work
you've put in.
Review recognized reps for squats, pull-ups, and push-ups separately. Switch between 7 days, 30 days, or all time to follow your cumulative record.
Each workout adds to the picture. Come back to see how your efforts have accumulated.
